A streaming app for the living-room TV, operated with a remote (1920×1080, viewed from three metres away), with a Chinese interface: recommendations and category rows on the home screen, a title's detail page with episode selection, and playback with progress and the next episode. Titles, posters, and stills are fictional, and the posters are generated as a matching set.
Remote focus is the heart of this piece: when the arrow keys move the focus, you can tell where you are at a glance. Use the keyboard arrow keys and Enter to stand in for the remote. Text should be large, and each screen should hold few things.
Design three states: the home screen (with focus resting on a poster), a title's detail page with episode selection, and playback. Capture screenshots at 1920×1080, DPR=1.
