How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans cost 20% less per person. The monthly amount shown is your annual total divided by 12. You pay for the full year upfront.
What happens when our team grows?
Add a seat whenever you need one. New seats are charged at your plan’s per-person rate, prorated for the rest of your billing period. Guests are free on Team and Scale.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades start at the end of your current billing period, so you keep the features you’ve already paid for.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every plan includes a 14-day trial with no credit card required. Your work stays in your workspace when you choose a paid plan.
What if we decide to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Your workspace stays active until the end of the paid period. Export your tasks and documents before your access ends.
